Accept your provider invitation Provider side
- Look for an email titled "You're invited to join Healthena as a provider" and click Accept your invitation.
- You'll land on the Healthena sign-in page with your email already filled in. Click Send verification code.
- A 6-digit code arrives at that inbox — enter it on the Check your email screen. You may be asked to set a password for next time.
Accept the consent screen Provider side
On first sign-in you'll see "Before you continue." Check the required box (Terms and Privacy Policy) and click Continue. You'll land on your provider dashboard.
Meet Healthena, your clinical co-pilot Provider side
Click the Healthena chat bubble in the corner. Without a patient open, she's general clinical decision support — guidelines, research with citations, longevity medicine. Once you have patients enrolled, she can also tell you who on your panel needs attention.
- "What does the current evidence say about ApoB targets for primary prevention?"
- "Summarize the latest on GLP-1s and healthspan."
Enroll your first patients Provider side
Open Patients in the sidebar and click Enroll Patient — a name and email are all it needs, and each person gets an email invitation. Two enrollments to start:
- Michael Smith — your first patient. Enroll him with michael@getwhealthy.com. He already uses Healthena, so instead of a new-account invitation he'll get an email asking him to approve connecting with you — his data appears once he approves.
- Yourself — the best way to learn the patient experience is to be one. Use your personal email, kanaan2@gmail.com; the invitation lands in that inbox, keeping it cleanly separate from your provider sign-in.
Sign in to your patient account Patient side
- Open a different browser window (or a private/incognito window) so both accounts can stay signed in side by side.
- Follow the link in the patient invitation email, or go to healthena.ai/beta → Get started → I am a patient and sign in with your personal email — the code goes to that inbox.
- Accept the patient consent screen, then fill in your profile — name, date of birth, height, weight. Healthena uses age to interpret labs and wearable data, so enter your real details.
Connect your wearable Patient side
Open Wearables in the sidebar and click Connect a Wearable. Pick your device — Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Dexcom, Polar, or Withings — and sign in with that device account when prompted.
Once connected, Healthena imports up to a year of history gradually over the next couple of hours. Recent days show up first; trends and averages fill in as the import completes.
Upload your lab reports Patient side
Open Labs in the sidebar. At the top, under Upload lab reports, click Choose PDFs. Any lab's PDF works (Quest, LabCorp, hospital reports…), up to 20 MB each, and you can select several at once.
Healthena reads each report automatically — your biomarkers appear with in-range / out-of-range flags, and values from multiple reports build trend lines over time. If you have past TruDiagnostic epigenetics reports, the Epigenetics page takes those as PDFs too.
See yourself the way you'll see your patients Provider side
Back in your provider window, open Patients. Under My Patients you'll find yourself — and Michael Smith, once he approves the connection. Click a row to open the patient profile and browse the labs, wearable data, and reports.
With a patient profile open, the Healthena bubble becomes clinical decision support scoped to that patient — try "What needs attention for this patient?"
Bringing in more patients is the same Enroll Patient button anytime — name and email are all it needs.
